As President and CEO of Atrilogy Solutions Group, Inc., Dave is responsible for establishing the firm's strategic direction, managing operations and ensuring complete customer satisfaction within Atrilogy's service delivery framework.
With over 20 years of business experience ranging from working with numerous Fortune 1000 firms to founding Atrilogy, Dave brings a broad base of business and technology experience and leadership to the firm.
Prior to joining Atrilogy as a founder, Dave was responsible for building a nationwide PeopleSoft consulting practice for Ballantyne, Inc (now Partners Consulting Services). Before Ballantyne, Dave performed in positions of increasing responsibility for two major consulting firms; Grant Thornton LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. His responsibilities at Grant Thornton and Deloitte & Touche were focused around both firms Enterprise Resource Planning consulting practices where Dave was engaged in numerous large scale domestic and international projects.
Dave holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting as well as a MBA with a concentration in Finance from California State University at Fullerton.
Along with Dave, Doug is one of the two founding principals of Atrilogy Solutions Group, Inc. In his current role with the firm, Doug is the company's Chief Financial Officer overseeing all of the organizations finance and back office functions and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Atrilogy as a founder, Doug spent six years as an independent consultant advising Fortune 500 companies on their accounting processes and implementing accounting systems for these companies. Doug's large scale system implementation experience and business consulting included involvement with both domestic and international projects.
Doug holds an Accountancy degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaigns College of Business and he has passed both the CPA and the CMA exams.
With over 12 years of experience in the IT Staffing Industry, Erik is an invaluable asset to Atrilogy Solutions Group. Prior to taking over management of Atrilogy’s recruiting team in 2014, Erik was a dedicated and hard-working IT recruiter with keen technical skills and an excellent understanding of IT Staffing and ERP Consulting. Erik has placed hundreds of IT consultants in key positions with Fortune 1000 clients across the nation in a number of industries including: Financial Services, Bio-Medical, High-Tech, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare. He has successfully delivered consultants for a wide variety of skill sets, focusing on ERP (SAP, Oracle E-Business, PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards, Lawson), E-Commerce, Web Development (J2EE, .NET), and Enterprise Integration technologies (Oracle SOA, Tibco, BizTalk).
Erik is instrumental in innovating, implementing and refining recruiting processes and delivery, and adapting to organizational growth as well as changing market conditions. He provides training for Atrilogy’s entry-level recruiters while also managing and mentoring a geographically-dispersed recruiting staff through all phases of the delivery lifecycle. Erik is well respected by the consultants he recruits, his peers, co-workers and our management team.
Erik holds a Bachelor’s of Science, Mathematics and Applied Science from University of California, Los Angeles
Based out of our Phoenix office, Kyle joined Atrilogy in 2011 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Kyle has been in the recruiting industry for over 12 years with expertise in full lifecycle IT recruiting. His proven track record of success as a recruiter and natural leadership skills made him an excellent choice to oversee Atrilogy’s US-based and offshore recruiting teams as Atrilogy’s Recruiting Manager. Kyle provides training, guidance, and mentorship to our delivery team and works with each recruiter on achieving the highest level of success here at Atrilogy. Kyle takes a servant leadership approach with both his recruiting team and with his internal customers, our sales executives.
Located in the Denver office, Dawne joined Atrilogy in 2008. Dawne has intricate knowledge of the unique nature and processes of the IT Consulting and Staffing industry and manages all of the day-to-day accounting operations, analysis and reporting. Prior to her role as Accounting Manager in 2012, Dawne provided financial support for all aspects of Atrilogy, worked to develop the company’s consultant accounting and reporting processes, as well as budgeting, corporate reporting and special projects
Dawne has a BS in Accounting from Missouri State University, has passed both the CPA and CIA exams and has worked nearly 20 years in the accounting industry. Prior experience includes internal audit, full charge detailed accounting as well as financial analysis and reporting.
Tricia Condon joined Atrilogy in 2012 and has since become a member of our leadership team as Human Resources manager. Based in our Irvine office, Tricia ensures our entire workforce receives the best support possible.
Tricia brings a wealth of experience to us from her time as human resource manager at Nordstrom and RobinsonMay. Her professional and caring approach to employee service makes Tricia a great addition to our organization.
Tricia holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from San Diego State University.
